How to setup Blogger Custom Domain using Namecheap
I don't meant to be a narcissist, but finally I got my own domain.
Thanks to all participant whom sent me donations. Now, www.template-godown.com is alive.
I bought this domain name thru namecheap.com and actually need so many days to make www.template-godown alive since this is my first experience using own domain so I am not successfully setting up in one day.
Some people shared their experience about namecheap and blogger custom domain and on this post I just wanna make it more clear by adding a screenshot of setting steps.
1. I assume you already have a namecheap account and bought one domain name. Login to namecheap and you will be directed to your account.
2.
See a box on the left and fill in your domain name. Click "Modify>>".
Let's go to the next step.
3. You're now here
4.
Find this box and choose "All Host records".
5. Then, under "IP Address/URL" section, just enter 'ghs.google.com' (without quote) beside the ‘www’ sign, and your domain name in 'http://www.yourdomainname.any' beside the ‘@’ symbol. Save it.
6. Go to your Blogger account. Under Setting >> Publishing >> Custom Domain, choose 'Advance Setting' and fill in your new domain name correctly.
.
Tick redirect yourdomainname.any to www.yourdomainname.any. Don't forget to Save it.
Try to load your new domain now.
Please note, in some case, need at least an hour or even a day to make your dns setting being recognize and active. Me myself need a day to make it active.
Suggest you to open a new fake blog to test your domain name opened correctly and once its load successfully, switch it back to blogger host and use the domain for your preferred blog address.
Hopefully this simple how to could help you and if you planned to change your blogger template why not check out my template galleries listed here?

I was desperate with url performance as wwww.mydomain.com is working but mydomain.com is not working. After reading your post I performed it with in one minute. Now it is working perfectly.
One more thing, I recommend 301 redirect instead of redirect.
